1. Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for checkout transactions.
Checkout-level billing terms, payment-method limits, and payment processing rules are presented during checkout by Paddle.
2. Refund Eligibility

Requests submitted after the stated window are generally not eligible, except where required by applicable law.
3. Subscription Purchases
- You can cancel subscriptions any time to stop future renewals.
- Initial subscription charges may be reviewed for refund within 7 calendar days of purchase.
- Renewal charges may be reviewed within 7 calendar days of renewal if no material post-renewal use occurred.
Unless required by law, partial-period or prorated refunds are not provided.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Requests submitted outside the applicable refund window.
- Repeated abusive, fraudulent, or bad-faith refund claims.
- Credits already used to obtain the requested premium feature, except where required by law.
- Purchases made through an unauthorized or fraudulent use of another person's payment method; those cases should be reported to Paddle and the payment provider promptly.
